Here is NGO-Go’s first tip: If you want to create a Facebook Group, but already keep your database secret, the Group ought to be secret as well so that others do not see your members. Use a Facebook Profile page to promote your organization yet keep your Group a secret if you already keep your database a secret. Not everyone who Likes your public Facebook Profile page are yet real ‘customers’.
