Winning at all costs ignores leadership and proper means. Means are scientifically (evidence-based) proven paths that gets you to your goal. Leadership is also about reading the 'bigger signs' to deal with people's expectations as to when, like on a road-trip. No one wins at all costs because we've all got lives.
